Mariupol residents receive assistance from the International Organization for Migration (IOM)

“I’Mariupol operates thanks to the support of international and national partners and charitable organizations. Among them is the International Organization for Migration (IOM).

The centres in Dnipro, Vinnytsia and Kyiv cooperate with IOM. More than 7,200 families in Kyiv and almost 1,700 in Dnipro receive hygiene kits. This assistance is permanent. Workshops on self-realization are held in Vinnytsia.

In addition, IOM provides support to young families, warm blankets, mattresses, blankets, flashlights and linen. They also provide useful trainings.

“I am grateful to our partners who support the people of Mariupol in this difficult time. The International Organization for Migration provides extensive assistance and helps Mariupol families overcome barriers to returning to life. The team of the Mariupol City Council do everything to deepen cooperation and implement new projects. We expand our circle of support for the sake of Mariupol residents and the future revival of our city,” Mayor of Mariupol Vadym Boichenko said.
