Supporting defenders in action: I'Mariupol deliver aid to the hospital
The team of the "I'Mariupol" centre in Ivano-Frankivsk visited the hospital where our defenders are receiving treatment to deliver another batch of groceries.
We are sincerely grateful to every soldier for their service and courage. Our team's task is to be there when needed, to provide support and create a sense of security during treatment and rehabilitation.
As part of the "Veterans" project, which operates throughout the "I'Mariupol" network, defenders, veterans and their families receive comprehensive assistance.
Priority is given to the work of the Veteran's assistant, a specialist who accompanies soldiers at every stage: from consultations and resolving administrative issues to selecting rehabilitation programmes, psychological support and social services.
Veterans' assistants help them navigate available state and local services, fill out documents and applications, receive information on medical, rehabilitation and social programmes, find the resources necessary for recovery and adaptation, and support military families.
The "Veterans" project is a systematic effort by the entire "I'Mariupol" network to provide veterans with care, respect and high-quality support.
As a reminder, the activities of the "I'Mariupol" centres and the Mariupol City Council in the area of veteran policy are part of the overall "Power Place" project, which covers active military personnel, veterans, their families, as well as the families of those killed, captured and missing.
