Caring for defenders: Kyiv centre delivers gifts from Mariupol residents to defenders

Some of the holiday gifts collected by the entire community at the left-bank centre "I'Mariupol" were delivered to the TYTANOVI rehabilitation centre and hospitals treating defenders. Our team visited the soldiers to give them support and a bit of Mariupol warmth.

"We visited the military who are currently getting treatment in hospitals and rehabilitation in special centres. We brought them delicious gifts that our entire community had collected. This is our shared gratitude, an opportunity to pass on the warmth of Mariupol's hearts to the warriors, cheer them up during their recovery, and show that we, the Mariupol family, care about our heroes," said Olena Shvydka, Head of the Left Bank Centre.
 

The defenders thanked for the support and shared their stories and plans for the future. Despite serious injuries, they are thinking about recovery, their fellow soldiers and returning to duty.
