I’Mariupol. Care is a network of household centers that are reliable assistants of Mariupol residents in organizing their daily live in a new place. They strengthen the support of the Mariupol people and speed up their adaptation in the evacuation.
The centers provide high-quality dental care, hairdresser and tailor services, washing and drying of clothes. These are the primary household needs of the internally displaced people, which it is difficult for them to cover on their own. Medical services are expensive, as well as hairdressing. Internally displaced people spend most of their money on renting housing. In addition, not all rented accommodation is equipped with modern appliances, including washing machines. High-quality services are provided here at affordable prices and free of charge to privileged categories. Therefore, all of them become as accessible as possible for Mariupol residents and make life easier for them.
Currently, household centers operate in five cities of Ukraine - Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro, Odesa, Kyiv, and Lviv. Mariupol Municipality is working on expanding the network to reach more people with support.
