People of Mariupol keep on weaving camouflage nets all over Ukraine
Mariupol residents are constantly helping our defenders across Ukraine. At locations set up by Vadym Boichenko's team, an important task is underway – weaving camouflage nets for the front line.
One such location is in Zhytomyr, where local Mariupol residents come every day to contribute to the common victory.
Antonina Ivanivna, one of the most active participants, is the heart and soul of this process. She comes to weave nets every day, putting love and faith in our soldiers into each ribbon.

"My son is a soldier. He is my pride and hope. As I weave each ribbon, my thoughts are with him, I think about his protection. He protects us, and I try to protect him as best I can," Antonina shares.
Camouflage nets save lives! It is under them that our soldiers' equipment, blindages and positions remain undetected by the enemy. Therefore, every net woven by the hands of Mariupol residents is a contribution to security and defence.
Recently, volunteers delivered another batch of nets to the soldiers of the 47th Mechanised Brigade.
"The soldiers of the 47th Mechanised Brigade sincerely thank the "I'Mariupol" centre in Zhytomyr for providing camouflage nets. Glory to Ukraine! Glory to the heroes!" the defenders say.
Anyone can join in: all you need is your desire and a bit of time. After all, it is small deeds that make up a great victory.
