We thank the Mariupol military for defence

Supporting the military, veterans and their families is among the key priorities of the team of Mariupol Mayor Vadym Boichenko. The aid raised is sent to the frontline and hospitals, while in the rear, the military and their families use the services of the "I'Mariupol" network, ranging from psychological support to employment. We do our best to make them feel the care and gratitude of Mariupol.
Recently, we have passed on gratitude from the Mayor to our defender from Mariupol – Artem. He is heroically serving in the 66th separate mechanised brigade named after Prince Mstislav the Brave. He also received help from the "I'Mariupol" centre in Kropyvnytskyi, which he had contacted. This included a sleeping bag, raincoat and groceries.
The soldiers of Artem's brigade took part in fierce fighting in the Donetsk direction, specifically in the areas of Maryinka, Krasnohorivka and Novomykhailivka. Since September 2022, the brigade has been successfully performing combat missions in the Lyman direction, where it has liberated a number of settlements. Among them are Shchurove and Lyman in Donetsk region, as well as Terny, Nevske and Makiivka in Luhansk region.
"I'Mariupol" branches unite Mariupol residents across the country, including in their desire to support our defenders. Mariupol residents are involved in charity events, weaving camouflage nets and collections. Moreover, the centres employ Veterans' Assistants who provide individual support to veterans, military personnel and their families. Together we support our Heroes!
