Almost 600 people have undergone rehabilitation at the "I’Mariupol. Health" centres. Among them are Ukrainian defenders!

Two medical centres in Kyiv and Odesa have created modern conditions for physical rehabilitation. The team of Mariupol Mayor Vadym Boichenko has formed powerful teams of specialists who help people recover from injuries of the musculoskeletal system, neurological and cardiac diseases. Since its opening, the centres have treated 577 people. 

Among them is soldier Dmitry. He is a resident of Kyiv, in 2023 he suffered a severe leg injury in the Zaporizhzhia direction. He underwent several surgeries, after which the need for rehabilitation arose. He was advised to refer to the "I'Mariupol. Health" centre.

"I was undergoing rehabilitation for almost a month. The therapists were very loyal and provided an individual programme. I followed all the recommendations and my leg began to feel much better," said Dmitry. 

The centres are staffed by physical and rehabilitation medicine doctors, ergotherapists, speech and language therapists and psychologists. Their joint work helps to successfully restore the quality of life after injuries.
