In the city of Lev, with the support of the East Europe Foundation, we provide non-food aid packages to Mariupol residents

Blankets, underwear, cooking pots, cutlery sets. All of this is being delivered to Mariupol residents in the Lviv centre thanks to the I'Mariupol Charitable Foundation and the East Europe Foundation. Family non-food packages are an important support for Mariupol residents who have been left with almost nothing.

Among the recipients is the family of Larysa Mishchenko. Her life changed dramatically after the full-scale invasion of russia. For almost two months, the family has experienced the horror of enemy shelling of the city and the atmosphere of cold basements.

During the blockade, Larysa's husband died. She and her two children managed to leave the occupied Mariupol only in April 2022. Now the family lives in safety in Lviv.

The family received a set of non-food aid because they had taken a minimum of belongings from Mariupol.

"This is a great thing! We are extremely grateful for your finding opportunities and lending a helping hand in these difficult times. Thank you for your support and care," says Larysa.

The project "Providing the most vulnerable IDPs with non-food items through the humanitarian centre I'Mariupol" in Lviv is being implemented by the charitable organisation "Charitable Foundation I'Mariupol" within the framework of the Together We Shelter program, implemented by the East Europe Foundation with the support of the Ukrainian Humanitarian Fund.
