Warmth from abroad: Mariupol residents unite despite the distance!

Our Ivano-Frankivsk centre “I'Mariupol” was once again visited by an incredible guest – Ms. Olena.

She is originally from Mariupol, but has been living in England for several years. Despite the distance of thousands of kilometers, her heart remains here, close to her loved ones who survived the horrors of war and were forced to leave their homes.

Ms. Olena is a volunteer with a big heart! Every time she comes to Frankivsk, she always finds time to visit us and support her fellow countrymen. This time, she joined an important cause — weaving camouflage nets for our defenders:

“It is important for me to be with you, to keep in touch with Mariupol, even though I am now in England. While I am weaving the net, I think about every defender who needs our warmth.”

Her presence is a vivid reminder: even though we are now scattered around the world, we remain together.
