This is the rehabilitation of Mariupol residents who need psychological and physical recovery after all the horrors they have experienced. Especially children and people aged 60+.
The first health center for Mariupol internally displaced people opened in 2022. This is a two-in-one family camp in an oak forest near Vinnytsia: health improvement and active recreation. Mariupol children and their parents rest here for free in the warm season. During stay, children have an interesting leisure program every day, exercise, walks in the forest, four meals a day, contests, master classes and gifts.
I’Mariupol.Family creates all the conditions for children to replace traumatic memories of the war with new positive experiences. This health center returns the boys and girls of Mariupol to a usual childhood, as it should be. And most importantly, it gives them hope that everything will be fine and it helps them tune in to a positive wave.
In 2023, the opportunities for recreation and health improvement of the residents of Mariupol were expanded. In addition to the family center near Vinnytsia, Morshyn also joined the good cause. Not only the children of Mariupol, but also people aged 60+ have the opportunity to improve their health and recreate here.
